No Guaranteed Results

We work to help businesses capture more leads and improve response times. However, we do not guarantee a specific number of leads, appointments, sales, reviews, or revenue.

Results may vary based on call volume, offer, market, staff response, business reputation, pricing, and other factors outside our control.

Demo and Consultation

A demo or consultation is provided for informational purposes only. It does not create a client relationship unless both parties agree to a paid service arrangement.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, service details, availability, pricing rules, calendar access, phone setup details, and any other information needed to configure the system properly.

Clients are also responsible for reviewing AI responses, workflows, messages, and booking settings before using them with customers.

AI System Limitations

AI systems may occasionally misunderstand callers, provide incomplete responses, or require human review. BookLead is not responsible for missed opportunities, incorrect information provided by the client, caller behavior, phone carrier issues, software downtime, or third-party platform limitations.

Businesses should not use the AI system for emergency, medical emergency, legal emergency, or life-safety situations.

Payments and Cancellation

Payment terms, setup fees, monthly service fees, cancellation terms, and refund terms will be explained in the client agreement or invoice before services begin.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, paid services must be paid on time to remain active.

SMS/Text Messaging Terms

By submitting a form and selecting an SMS consent checkbox, you agree to receive text messages from BookLead, operated by Leadlight LLC, based on the type of consent you selected.

Messages may include appointment reminders, demo follow-up, service updates, lead follow-up, or marketing messages if you specifically consent to marketing texts.

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.

You may reply STOP to opt out at any time. You may reply HELP for help.

SMS consent is not required to purchase services from BookLead.
